For a number of reasons print versions of these volumes are no longer easily available. The printers (ilmiolibro.kataweb.it) do have the proofs but seem to have altered their way of operating. Maybe personal requests may have some result. I doubt however that they will (be able) to reproduce the covers. Some effort will be devoted to finding another printer Depending on the browser used the result of downloading are, at first sight, not the same. However the document is loaded to the users device and saving it is left to him. Do note that the first two pages of the download are blank! which may give an impression of failed download.
